Richmond, VA – July 11, 2025 – Kalyan Hospitality, a Virginia-based hotel ownership and management group, proudly announces the acquisition of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gaithersburg, marking another strategic expansion in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Located in the heart of Montgomery County, the newly acquired 162-room property is nestled near major employers, high-tech corridors, and popular destinations such as RIO Lakefront, Downtown Crown Shopping Center, and Washington, D.C.
