Regional Director of Sales - Seattle WA & Portland OR
The Regional Director of Sales for Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR, will lead and drive the sales strategy across multiple accommodation and food service properties within these key markets. This role is pivotal in expanding market share, increasing revenue, and fostering strong client relationships by overseeing sales operations and guiding a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. They will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive execution of sales plans and exceptional customer experiences. Ultimately, this position is responsible for delivering measurable sales results that contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization in the region. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience within the accommodation and food services industry. Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving or exceeding revenue goals. Strong knowledge of the Seattle and Portland regional markets and customer base. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Previous leadership experience in multi-property or multi-location sales management. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their integration with sales efforts. Professional certifications related to sales or hospitality management. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Seattle and Portland markets to achieve revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and representatives, fostering a high-performance culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and service delivery. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Skills: The Regional Director of Sales will utilize their leadership and strategic planning skills daily to guide their team toward meeting ambitious sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building lasting client relationships and closing high-value deals. Senior Brand Design & Procurement Manager
The Senior Brand Design & Procurement Manager is responsible for managing hotel brand design approvals and coordinating FF&E/OS&E procurement to ensure projects are compliant, cost-effective, and delivered on schedule. This role also supports brand submittals by producing and revising design elevations and details as needed to respond to brand feedback and maintain approval momentum.
Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager leads day-to-day HR and payroll operations for a multi-property hospitality organization while partnering closely with the COO on strategic, high-impact people decisions. This role serves as the primary HR advisor to leaders and team members, ensuring consistent, compliant, and people-centered practices across all locations. The HR Manager is responsible for executing HR programs, overseeing payroll administration, managing employee relations, and preparing clear, well-documented recommendations for executive review. Final decision-making authority for significant or high-risk HR and payroll matters remains with the COO.
